Job Title: Asset / Product Scheduler Type of Engagement: 12-month contract (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available) Work Location: Hybrid position in Circleville, OH (3 days onsite) Essential Job Responsibilities: 
 
<ul><li>Generate detailed asset-specific schedules from finalized time-phased production plans.</li><li>Utilize the OMP OPR planning system for production planning and scheduling activities.</li><li>Align production details with business strategies- including financial objectives (cost/cash), run rates, inventory policies, and customer service levels.</li><li>Administer production schedules within the defined planning horizon.</li><li>Ensure ongoing maintenance and transparent communication of the schedule across the supply chain.</li><li>Proactively identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, customer order issues, and quality concerns by collaborating closely with Master Schedulers, Materials Planners, and order management personnel such as CSR and DRP.</li><li>Communicate changes or deviations in production schedules, supply shifts, and proposed solutions to relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Support Supply Chain activities for key business and global projects.</li><li>Coordinate secondary processing tasks, including rework and repackaging, of finished products.</li><li>Monitor and analyze performance metrics, comparing actual output to established standards.</li><li>Oversee process orders, ensure timely closure where necessary, and validate that accurate orders maintain system and data integrity.</li><li>Act as the primary interface between manufacturing and the supply chain, optimizing plant schedules according to operational capacities.</li><li>Integrate production planning with maintenance scheduling requirements.</li><li>Confirm material availability in alignment with asset schedules.</li></ul> Required Skills & Experience: 
 
<ul><li>Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field</li><li>1-2 years of experience in supply chain or a related function.</li><li>Strong Excel skills.</li><li>SAP and or Power BI is a big plus.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.</li><li>Demonstrated learning agility, analytical acumen, and sense of ownership.</li></ul> Big Bonus Points if you Have:
