li>Obtain weekly staffing sheet of therapists' schedules and any therapists' requests for the next day (i.e. unexpected home visits/assessments, family conferences, CETS, community re-entry activities, goal sets, meetings, projects) and individual therapists' status (modified duty, no infectious patient treatment) and incorporates activities into the therapy schedule. Integrates with inpatient therapists, physicians, Clinical Care Coordinators (CCC's), nurses, nursing unit secretaries, and dietary staff in order to provide timely services for patients and complete required documentation.
