The Maintenance Planner is the local Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the plants Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), providing system training and feedback to ensure accurate records are maintained. Monitor, analyze, and report data related to component failure to detect trends and seek alternative solutions focused on eliminating the root cause of failures.

<div><div>Maintenance Planner Overview The Maintenance Planner position is responsible for assisting with the development of reliability-based maintenance strategies, including preventive and predictive maintenance. They will work directly with the Maintenance Manager to build a proactive maintenance team with a focus on making decisions based on facts and data. The Maintenance Planner will work independently and collaborate with other plant personnel to implement preventative, predictive and routine maintenance tasks. The Maintenance Planner position benefits greatly from hands on maintenance experience and prior leadership roles. The Maintenance Planner is the local Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the plants Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), providing system training and feedback to ensure accurate records are maintained.All tasks will be performed while supporting the policies, goals, and objectives of the company. Planning Responsibilities:<ul style="margin:0pt;padding-left:0pt"><li style="font-family:serif;font-size:11pt;margin:0pt 0pt 0pt 26.85pt;padding-left:9.15pt;text-indent:0pt">Maintain accurate equipment records in SAP; including updating master data and decommissioning equipment removed during capital projects.</li><li style="font-family:serif;font-size:11pt;margin:0pt 0pt 0pt 26.85pt;padding-left:9.15pt;text-indent:0pt">Setup and maintain all predictive and preventative maintenance plans in SAP to maximize equipment reliability.</li><li style="font-family:serif;font-size:11pt;margin:0pt 0pt 0pt 26.85pt;padding-left:9.15pt;text-indent:0pt">Setup and maintain PM plans in SAP for each piece of equipment, including frequency, mechanic tasks, parts needs, tools needed, safety procedures.</li><li style="font-family:serif;font-size:11pt;margin:0pt 0pt 0pt 26.85pt;padding-left:9.15pt;text-indent:0pt">Maintain rebuild schedules in SAP for all critical equipment. </li><li style="font-family:serif;font-size:11pt;margin:0pt 0pt 0pt 26.85pt;padding-left:9.15pt;text-indent:0pt">Schedule preventative work orders to maintenance crewsbased on individual skillsets.</li><li style="font-family:serif;font-size:11pt;margin:0pt 0pt 0pt 26.85pt;padding-left:9.15pt;text-indent:0pt">Plan and Schedule Corrective work to improve equipment reliability based on resource availability. Plans identify special tools required and as well as permits required. </li><li style="font-family:serif;font-size:11pt;margin:0pt 0pt 0pt 26.85pt;padding-left:9.15pt;text-indent:0pt">Reviews work request (SAP Notifications), collaborates with requestor, and plans job execution to meet expectations.</li><li style="font-family:serif;font-size:11pt;margin:0pt 0pt 0pt 26.85pt;padding-left:9.15pt;text-indent:0pt">Schedules requested work based on priority, resource availability, and plant requirements. </li><li style="font-family:serif;font-size:11pt;margin:0pt 0pt 0pt 26.85pt;padding-left:9.15pt;text-indent:0pt">Requisitions parts and services from vendors when required.</li><li style="font-family:serif;font-size:11pt;margin:0pt 0pt 0pt 26.85pt;padding-left:9.15pt;text-indent:0pt">Holds weekly meetings with operations to reviewrequested work and determine priorities.</li><li style="font-family:serif;font-size:11pt;margin:0pt 0pt 0pt 26.85pt;padding-left:9.15pt;text-indent:0pt">Holds weekly meeting to review and finalizeupcoming maintenance schedule.</li><li style="font-family:serif;font-size:11pt;margin:0pt 0pt 0pt 26.85pt;padding-left:9.15pt;text-indent:0pt">Report on maintenance performance to plant management and other maintenance leadership.</li><li style="font-family:serif;font-size:11pt;margin:0pt 0pt 0pt 26.85pt;padding-left:9.15pt;text-indent:0pt">Monitor, analyze, and report data related to component failure to detect trends and seek alternative solutions focused on eliminating the root cause of failures. </li><li style="font-family:serif;font-size:11pt;margin:0pt 0pt 0pt 26.85pt;padding-left:9.15pt;text-indent:0pt">Creates, tracks, and reports on annual budgets and monthly spend forecasts.</li></ul>Parts Room Supervisory Responsibilities<ul style="margin:0pt;padding-left:0pt"><li style="font-family:serif;font-size:11pt;margin:0pt 0pt 0pt 26.85pt;padding-left:9.15pt;text-indent:0pt">Supervise parts room, inventory, and its employees.</li><li style="font-family:serif;font-size:11pt;margin:0pt 0pt 0pt 26.85pt;padding-left:9.15pt;text-indent:0pt">Collaborate with Procurement to oversee purchasing of all MRO.</li><li style="font-family:serif;font-size:11pt;margin:0pt 0pt 0pt 26.85pt;padding-left:9.15pt;text-indent:0pt">Manage inventory stock levels to maintain high equipment availability.</li><li style="font-family:serif;font-size:11pt;margin:0pt 0pt 0pt 26.85pt;padding-left:9.15pt;text-indent:0pt">Ensure all regulatory and internal compliance requirements are met. </li></ul>  Qualifications: <ul style="margin:0pt;padding-left:0pt"><li style="font-family:serif;font-size:11pt;margin:0pt 0pt 0pt 26.85pt;padding-left:9.15pt;text-indent:0pt">At least 1 year of experience as a maintenance planner or coordinator preferred.</li><li style="font-family:serif;font-size:11pt;margin:0pt 0pt 0pt 26.85pt;padding-left:9.15pt;text-indent:0pt">At least 1 year of experience managing maintenance inventories preferred.</li><li style="font-family:serif;font-size:11pt;margin:0pt 0pt 0pt 26.85pt;padding-left:9.15pt;text-indent:0pt">Strong working knowledge of industrial maintenance.</li><li style="font-family:serif;font-size:11pt;margin:0pt 0pt 0pt 26.85pt;padding-left:9.15pt;text-indent:0pt">Strong computer skills required.</li><li style="font-family:serif;font-size:11pt;margin:0pt 0pt 0pt 26.85pt;padding-left:9.15pt;text-indent:0pt">Strong written and verbal communication skills required.</li><li style="font-family:serif;font-size:11pt;margin:0pt 0pt 0pt 26.85pt;padding-left:9.15pt;text-indent:0pt">Aptitude to learn new systems and processes.</li><li style="font-family:serif;font-size:11pt;margin:0pt 0pt 0pt 26.85pt;padding-left:9.15pt;text-indent:0pt">2- or 4-year degree or related work experience required.</li></ul> Computer Skills: <ul style="margin:0pt;padding-left:0pt"><li style="font-family:serif;font-size:11pt;margin:0pt 0pt 0pt 26.85pt;padding-left:9.15pt;text-indent:0pt">Proficiency with computers is a must.
