Required Experience: Minimum Qualifications: 5-8 years of supervisory experience in repairing complex industrial rotating equipment; including experience in machine tool operation and machinery component repair methods in a high-risk industry such as refining, petrochemical, or chemical processing. Works closely with the Rotating Equipment Engineering group on formal and informal investigations into root cause of mechanical failures, documents findings and communicates to appropriate people through reports, toolbox meetings, and revisions to procedures or other means.
