The Scheduler plays a key role in coordinating and scheduling patient visits for multiple disciplines while ensuring exceptional patient care and communication. MASTER SCHEDULER Job Summary: ESAero is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to join our team in San Luis Obispo, CA. This position will manage and oversee the low-rate initial production of aerospace components and systems, focusing on efficient processes and waste reduction opportunities that enable high-rate production. This individual will coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain to ensure production schedules are supported. Responsibilities and Duties: <ul><li>Oversee product transition from low-rate initial prototypes to high-rate production </li></ul><ul><li>Develop and manage production schedules to ensure on-time deliveries </li></ul><ul><li>Act as liaison between the engineering and manufacturing teams </li></ul><ul><li>Work closely with Planners to execute work orders and other transactions </li></ul><ul><li>Monitor material flow from receipt, through production, and out to shipping </li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure subcomponents are on-time to final assembly </li></ul><ul><li>Work with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that the product and processes meet customer requirements </li></ul><ul><li>Route unresolved issues to the appropriate groups for resolution </li></ul><ul><li>Identify gaps and bottlenecks in material procurement and work closely with Supply Chain to ensure a continuous supply of materials </li></ul><ul><li>Support process flow improvements for increased efficiency and minimization of non-value-added time </li></ul><ul><li>Minimize gaps and bottlenecks in manufacturing resources, tooling, test equipment, and manufacturing equipment </li></ul><ul><li>Report production status and Key Performance Indicators to the Program Manager and customers </li></ul><ul><li>Propose and generate company processes that streamline transition from design to manufacturing </li></ul><ul><li>Participate in project kickoffs where manufacturing is required </li></ul><ul><li>Support ERP team with MRP setup and outputs to drive project success </li></ul><ul><li>Create positive team environment with internal and external stakeholders and employees </li></ul>Required Qualifications and Skills: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering discipline preferably manufacturing or industrial </li></ul><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Production Engineering, new product introduction, or a related field </li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on experience in both prototype and production environments </li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of customer requirements relating to quality and manufacturing processes </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with ERP/MRP systems for procurement, manufacturing, and inventory management </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with MS Project for production scheduling and resource projections </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced development environment </li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge and experience operating in an ISO9001 quality environment </li></ul><ul><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office applications </li></ul><ul><li>High attention to detail </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to effectively supervise, lead, and direst other employees </li></ul><ul><li>Effective oral and written communication skills </li></ul><ul><li>Excellent organizational and planning skills </li></ul>Desired Qualifications and Skills: <ul><li>10 years of proven experience in Production Engineering, new product introduction, or a related field </li></ul><ul><li>Proficient in operating within an AS9100 quality environment </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with New Production Introduction process </li></ul><ul><li>Experience setting up new production lines </li></ul><ul><li>Lean Six Sigma certification </li></ul>Comprehensive Benefits & Perks:  <ul><li>Health & Wellness: Choose from three health, dental, and vision plans -
