You'll help coordinate technicians across Northern and Central Vermont, working closely with the rest of our scheduling and parts teams. Our technicians service a wide range of hot-side and cold-side equipment, including ovens, ranges, dishwashers, refrigeration, walk-ins, and ice machines. KC Mechanical is hiring a Dispatcher / Scheduler / Administrator to coordinate daily technician service calls while also supporting general office administration and light bookkeeping functions. You’ll work closely with a tight-knit admin team to support our field technicians and help keep internal operations organized and accurate. If you’ve worked in scheduling, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or administrative roles—especially in a construction, maintenance, or service-based business—this could be a great fit.
