The primary responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse, Crisis are to provide direct and indirect services, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, to individuals in need of crisis assessment, injection clinic, or outpatient services. As a team, we provide hope, promote wellness, and empower individuals and families impacted by mental illness, substance use disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and traumatic brain injury.
