How you'll make an impact: Month-End Close and Reporting - Manage cost center finances including journal entries, review of financial measures, providing guidance and advice on more complex issues regarding cost center performance, and developing BU specific reports (e.g., commission support, customer rebates, competitive analyses). Assess complex report data (e.g., month-end matrix report, quarter-end year-over-year sequence reporting, headcount reporting, trend analysis, planned and forecast variance analysis) to identify opportunities for course correction/course alignment, including writing justification for variances.
