We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Scientist II to join our team. This position involves performing a wide range of routine and complex laboratory procedures, including specimen processing, testing of patient samples, quality control, instrument maintenance, and troubleshooting. Candidates must demonstrate excellent transfusion service (blood banking) skills. Responsibilities include operating laboratory instruments, documenting results, utilizing Laboratory Information Systems, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The role may require performing phlebotomy and other patient-oriented tasks, as well as contributing to the development of new testing protocols. Cross-training in various laboratory sections is encouraged to ensure flexibility and comprehensive service delivery. This full-time position involves performing a variety of routine and complex laboratory procedures, including specimen processing, testing, quality control, instrumentation, and equipment maintenance. The successful candidate may also assist with phlebotomy and other patient-oriented tasks as needed. The role requires adherence to quality standards, proper documentation, and participation in the development of new testing protocols.
