Build and maintain productive relationships with relevant stakeholders - including customers, other OWS sites, the Global OWS team, ATMRO sites, GE Aerospace Product, Customer, Engineering, Quality, and Technical teams, regulatory authorities, and local industry partners - to ensure strong alignment on test readiness, operational performance, and future capability needs. Ensure the site has the necessary resources to deliver the strategic growth plan and sustain test operations, including workforce planning, hiring, training and certification, retention, organizational design, tooling, infrastructure, digital systems, and capital investment needed to safely commission, operate, and scale the test cell.
