The ideal candidate will have commercial experience in a pharmaceutical or contract research organization laboratory, with expertise in top-down and bottoms-up proteomics, including intact protein characterization, protein identification, sequence mapping, and localization of post-translational modifications. The role also requires experience developing targeted quantitative LC-MS/MS methods on Thermo Orbitrap or comparable high-resolution platforms, including experimental design, sample preparation, method optimization, and validation.
