Duties and Responsibilities:Support federal and state reporting requirements through data preparation, validation, analysis, and documentationDevelop and maintain data infrastructure and analytic pipelines, including manual script development to support recurring and ad hoc analysesProcess and analyze large administrative datasets, including mental health and criminal justice dataDevelop business intelligence reports, tables, visualizations, and analytic summaries for internal stakeholdersApply statistical tools and techniques to explore data, identify patterns, and support program evaluationDesign and implement data workflows and visualizations, working with a small team of developers and analystsAssist with research manuscript writing, technical reports, reviews, and analytic summariesMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and two years of professional research experience in an appropriate field or master's degree in an appropriate field may substitute for one year of the experience.
