Bachelor's degree in a related Life Science or Physical Science field with 11+ years of related work experience, or a Master's degree in a related Life Science or Physical Science field with 9+ years of related work experience, or a Doctorate degree in a related Life Science or Physical Science field with 5+ years of related work experience. On an average 8-hour day, ability to walk, sit, stand, use hands to handle or feel, reach at or above shoulder height and below waist height, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear, smell, and lift up to 40 pounds.
