The position directs engineering planning, design review, construction management, infrastructure sustainment, asset management, maintenance programs, and compliance activities to ensure mission readiness and long-term sustainability of installation facilities and infrastructure. Oversee engineering activities involving transportation systems, roads, airfields, pavements, drainage systems, utilities, water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, and other civil infrastructure assets.
