This role serves as a key leader within the resort, partnering closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing, Executive Committee, and operational department leaders to elevate brand awareness, drive revenue, create differentiated guest experiences, and strengthen Montage Big Sky's position as the premier luxury mountain destination in North America. The Director of Marketing & Communications is responsible for leading the strategic development, execution, and oversight of all marketing, public relations, communications, brand partnerships, social media, and content initiatives for Montage Big Sky.
