Work will include assisting with performing or coordinating the completion of ASTM Phase I environmental site assessments in support of property transactions; helping to design, implement, and coordinate activities associated with Phase II investigations, including investigations of contaminated soil, sediment, groundwater, surface water, and vapor intrusion; interpreting data and developing site conceptual models; developing site management strategies and response action plans (RAPs), including conducting remediation technology evaluations and feasibility studies; estimating costs associated with these types of activities; completing contracting associated with these activities; assisting with the preparation of technical reports; and responding to quotes and proposals. Work environment: ability to work in locations that may feature rough terrain typical of construction sites and may also require entering and working in facilities that include limited accessibility, moving machinery, and other conditions typical of industrial facilities.
