Construction firm has an immediate direct hire opportunity for a Customer Service Representative.  CSR will have prior customer service experience preferable in construction.  Successful CSR will answer incoming calls, booking service appointments, providing product or service information, and resolving basic customer concerns in a professional and positive manner.
