This position will require a basic mechanical understanding of CAT and AGCO equipment to provide support for VisionLink and AGCO Connect platforms that support our internal and external customers.  Provide input on CAT and AGCO software and equipment purchases, utilizing programs or initiatives to meet customer needs as well as meeting company objectives.</p><p>We offer a generous retirement plan with 10% guaranteed and up to 5% discretionary provided by the company annually once eligibility is met, with no minimum required contributions out of your pocket. This is your opportunity to grow professionally with an industry-leading equipment provider with a 70+ year presence in the marketplace!</p><p> <strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Instruct users on how to use the CAT and AGCO digital suite, decisions that can be made using the data, and where there are efficiencies and user interfaces. </li><li>Promote and advise CAT and AGCO customers on digital products to best fit needs by accompanying sales staff on customer visits.</li><li>Oversees the process of registering machine telemetry devices and customer accounts.</li><li>Onboard & train customers to navigate within the CAT and AGCO digital platforms.</li><li>Provide and create support material documents (marketing material) for service, sales, and parts departments on digital products and platforms.</li><li>Support product program initiatives and incentives.</li><li>Provide and create support material documents (marketing material) for service, sales, and parts departments on digital products and platforms.</li><li>Provide pricing, program, and related product information.</li><li>Works within and promotes the vision, mission, and values of BMC.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.<strong> </strong></li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Equipment/mechanical experience preferred</li><li>A base understanding of the product lines we represent is preferred </li><li>Two-year degree or equivalent experience and training preferred</li><li>Excellent customer service skills </li><li>Telemetry product behavior and troubleshooting skills </li><li>Brand-specific user interface (UI) knowledge</li><li>Basic electrical and troubleshooting knowledge preferred</li><li>Good oral and written communication skills</li><li>Detail-oriented </li><li>Computer knowledge</li><li>Must have good leadership, detail, and organizational skills</li><li>Ability and willingness to work flexible hours</li><li>Must possess a clean driving record</li></ul><p>As a family business for three generations, we currently employ over 900 associates in 20 locations throughout North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, and Nebraska.
