At South College, you will help implement our strategy of “Where Dreams Find Direction!” We are a growing institution of higher learning with over 14,000 students covering 10 campuses, plus Online program options, offering a myriad of undergraduate and graduate programs for our students, with healthcare programs a focus.</p><p>In order to fully meet our Mission to our students, we require a diverse combination of perspectives, backgrounds, life experiences, and ideas from our faculty and staff and provide an equitable and inviting work environment - where respect and open interchange of ideas are at the heart of that culture.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><p>This key role of CAO presents a tremendous opportunity for a proven Academic Leader with a keen focus on student success and academic excellence to join our exceptional executive team! Reporting to the Chancellor, the CAO oversees all schools and academic programs, faculty affairs, and curricula development across all South College campuses, while ensuring compliance with all associated regulations. The CAO works collaboratively with all school leaders and faculty to ensure student academic success consistent with South College's mission and vision. The CAO is responsible for all Academic Program areas from Certificate to Doctoral levels and maintains accountability of functionally supervising all Campus Academic Deans.</p><h3>Minimum Requirements</h3><p>The position requires an EdD or PhD, or other accepted terminal academic degree, with 10 years of Chair/Dean-level or above leadership experience at a comprehensive higher education institution offering both graduate and undergraduate programs. Experience in a For-Profit Higher Education institution and significant experience in large Online and Healthcare student environments is preferred.</p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
