p>• 3+ years of experience in a similar kitchen/hotel operation • High school education, cooking school, or culinary institute education preferred • Flexible schedule-availability to work evenings/nights, weekends, and holidays • Proficiency in English • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Availability to work through the season: from DOH through October (approximately). • Attention to detail and strong work ethic are required in this position • A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with others • Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience • Self-motivated, able to work well independently, and consistently takes initiative.
