Assist with warehouse activities, including storage, receiving, dispatching, security, maintenance, sanitation, and administrative functions.</div><h1><u>Essential Functions:</u></h1><ul><li>Operate vehicles and powered equipment, such as zero-turn mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, chain saws, electric clippers, etc.</li><li>Tow trailers with company equipment, such as zero-turn mowers, tractors, snow blowers, chain saws, electric clippers, etc. </li><li>Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, hedge or bush trimmers, axes, brooms, trash grabbers, etc.</li><li>Mow and edge lawns using power mowers, edgers, weed whips, and leaf blowers</li><li>Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges using shears, pruners, or chain saws </li><li>Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance and repair as necessary</li><li>Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, or trimming around flower beds, walks, or walls</li><li>Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, or other grounds features</li><li>Clean flower beds; rake, mulch, and compost leaves</li><li>Mix and spray and/or spread fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides onto grass, shrubs, or trees using hand or automatic sprayers/spreaders </li><li>Maintain awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of company fleet vehicles, trailers, and tools focusing on routine upkeep (directional lights, tires, brakes, oil, etc.) </li><li>Follow proper securing protocol (chaining, tiedowns) of equipment for transporting  </li><li>Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment</li><li>Maintain a positive attitude throughout the day, and keep team member morale high</li><li>Follow all Suburban Inns Processes</li><li>Undertake special projects requested by management</li><li>Exhibit regular and recurrent attendance record</li></ul><div><u>Position Requirements:</u></div><div><br/><em>Minimum Knowledge</em>: This position requires ability to interpret / extract information and / perform arithmetic functions.
