Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Mow, edge, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas • Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees • Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from grounds and walkways • Assist with seasonal planting and landscaping projects • Apply mulch and assist with basic lawn care tasks • Operate basic landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers • Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials • Help maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas • Follow safety procedures and proper equipment operation guidelines • Perform other grounds maintenance duties as assigned. Physical Requirements: • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds • Frequent standing, bending, walking, and use of landscaping tools.
