Job Description Position Overview: Will be responsible for cleaning and painting assigned customer tanks in the assigned territory. Duties and Responsibilities: Include but are not limited to: <ul><li>Ability to utilize a power washer to achieve desired results.</li><li>Will paint tanks utilizing roller, brush, and spray paint.</li><li>Maintain and actively contribute to a safe working environment at all times.</li><li>Must operate company vehicle in accordance with safety policies.</li><li>Provide labor to assist the Energy Department as needed.</li><li>Ability to follow directions, utilizing maps or GPS features as needed.</li></ul> Skills and Qualifications: <ul><li>Supports Keystone Cooperative stated Vision, Mission, and Values.</li><li>Projects a positive attitude to customers and employees at all times.</li><li>Perform all responsibilities independently, safely and in compliance with environmental stewardship regulations.</li></ul> Education and Experience: <ul><li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED).</li></ul>

The employee needs to stay in good physical condition to regularly lift more than 50 pounds, climb ladders, perform preventive maintenance activities, and perform other physical duties necessary in running an agricultural location. Assist in housekeeping and maintenance of facility grounds including but not limited to cleaning the lot, moving snow, spraying weeds, mowing grass.

Job Description Position Overview: This position will assist the location with general lot duties and will be expected to follow safety rules and regulations. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: <ul><li>Assist in housekeeping and maintenance of facility grounds including but not limited to cleaning the lot, moving snow, spraying weeds, mowing grass. </li><li>Ensure safety compliance. </li><li>Assist in equipment maintenance. </li><li>Soil Sampling </li><li>Communicate daily activities, needs and accomplishments with management. </li></ul> Required Qualifications: <ul><li>High School graduate or GED; may be offset by experience. </li></ul> Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: <ul><li>Prior ag experience a plus </li><li>Required overtime as the season demands. </li><li>Basic mechanical skills for daily maintenance of equipment preferred. </li></ul> Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
