We are looking for a GENERAL LABORER (seasonal) to join our Winchester, KY  plant.  As a general laborer with Contech you will contribute to America’s essential infrastructure including drainage systems, pipe, bridges and structures, and stormwater management.  You will work in a team environment with an opportunity to advance quickly in your career with Contech.Why apply?<ul><li>Competitive wages.</li><li>Opportunities for overtime.</li><li>Company provided benefits:  Medical, Dental, Vision, disability, Company paid life and disability benefits, paid vacation, and 401K.</li></ul>About the RoleResponsibilities:<ul><li>Receive instructions and schedules from plant supervision.</li><li>Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly work environment</li><li>Operate equipment when directed.</li><li>Ensure that all finished product meets quality standard.</li><li>Ready and able to move 40+lbs multiple times per day.</li></ul>About YouWe Require:<ul><li>Great work ethic and impeccable attendance.</li><li>Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.</li><li>Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.</li><li>Willing and able to climb multiple stairs throughout the shift.</li><li>Ability to work outdoors or in open air environment.</li><li>Preferred – Experience working in a manufacturing environment. </li><li>Preferred – Experience operating a forklift.</li></ul>About UsEach day brings new challenges at Contech, and we make sure you are prepared for it all.
