Company: Student Quarters Community: The Hangout Reports To: General Manager or Maintenance Supervisor Job Type:Seasonal, On-site Compensation: $13-$15/hourRole & Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain an excellent customer service relationship</li><li>Work with the maintenance team to ensure excellent curb appeal at all times</li><li>Assist in the daily upkeep and cleanliness of office, clubhouse, and amenity areas</li><li>Trash out vacant units</li><li>Move, install or replace unit furniture </li><li>Check and replace light bulbs as needed</li><li>Check and replace filters as needed </li><li>Performs touch-up paints for vacant and partially occupied units</li><li>Ensures apartments have been properly caulked and sealed as needed around windows, sink areas, toilets, bathtubs, and showers</li><li>Work with the maintenance team to finish unit inspections</li><li>Inspect exterior grounds and buildings, including breezeways daily</li><li>Pick up trash on grounds</li><li>Run trash compactor daily, including weekends as scheduled</li><li>Clean mailbox area daily</li><li>Water flowers, plants, and shrubs as needed</li><li>Maintain painting of curbs and speed bumps</li><li>Sweep, blow, and or pressure wash breezeways, parking lots, and common areas</li><li>Keep storm drains free of debris</li><li>Deliver and/or post correspondence, newsletters, and flyers</li><li>Assist in the performance of all other turn events</li><li>Perform additional duties as directed</li><li>Adhere to the company policies and dress code</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>No specific level of education is required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li><li>Must be able to pass a background check</li><li>Must have reliable transportation </li><li>Physical Activities. This position will perform a wide variety of duties including clerical tasks, customer service, and operational duties associated with the readiness of our residential housing units. Perform duties in the support of the Community Director/Community Manager and Leasing/Resident Support Services teams.

A Brief OverviewThe Seasonal Administrative Support Specialist is a temporary position that provides assistance to the property management team. This position will perform a wide variety of duties including clerical tasks, customer service, and operational duties associated with the readiness of our residential housing units. What you will do<ul><li>Perform duties in the support of the Community Director/Community Manager and Leasing/Resident Support Services teams.</li><li>Support social events, educational classes, physical activities, and family functions for community residents.</li><li>Greets residents in a friendly manner and connects them with the appropriate person to assist them.</li><li>Assist in inspecting the model and vacant homes to ensure they are ready for touring prospective clients as needed.</li><li>Assist with ensuring community curb appeal and maintaining the appearances of the office, amenities, model, homes, and community.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED Required</li><li>Previous administrative experience Preferred</li><li>Strong customer service skills.</li><li>Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and interpersonal.</li><li>This position requires driving for the company using either a company vehicle, rental vehicle or their personal vehicle.</li><li>DL NUMBER - Driver's License, Valid and in State Upon Hire Required</li></ul>CompensationWe are committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation.
