Overview:
The Bartender is responsible for the service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Must be personable, professional, and able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need. This role pays an hourly rate of $2.13 and is tip eligible. This is a seasonal role from June 11, 2026 and will end on June 14 2026. This position will remain open until June 14, 2026.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Demonstrate ability to meet the company standard for excellence in the areas of guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards.</li><li>Follow the bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described.</li><li>Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures for serving alcoholic drinks, including state/federal regulations pertaining to the distribution of alcohol.</li><li>Responsible for learning or having knowledge of various beer, wine varieties & spirits available and being able to learn to suggestively upsell products to guests.</li><li>Pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company standards for serving size.</li><li>Check the guest's ID in accordance with state/federal regulations to verify the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.</li><li>Communicate a cut-off to a guest as required.</li><li>Listening and responding to any customer requests or concerns.</li><li>Bartenders are expected to de-escalate intoxicated guest situations. If a guest becomes confrontational, belligerent, or uses extreme profanity, the bartender may contact management or security as required.</li><li>Contact a management member if unable to resolve or make a decision beyond the scope of standard decision-making.</li><li>Request additional products or restock products as needed.</li><li>Responsible for the issued bank at the bar.</li><li>Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation at all times. Ensures that bar equipment is clean and well maintained.</li><li>Other duties as assigned may include setting up and breaking down bar equipment as required and assisting with the organization of the cooler.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li style="color:black">Six months or more experience bartending.</li><li style="color:black">High School Diploma or GED is preferred.</li><li>Bartending school preferred.</li><li style="color:black">Accurate cash handling skills required.</li><li style="color:black">Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li><li style="color:black">Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment.</li><li style="color:black">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li style="color:black">Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:
Primary: <ul><li>Ability to fulfill all responsibilities of the Patient Care Specialist position as detailed in the specific Patient Care Specialist job description.</li><li>The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all employees, build and maintain confidence and credibility with all employees.</li><li>Deliver clinical and administrative support for the team and adhere to all policies and procedures of the company.</li><li>Ability to adhere to the Core Values of the Company, of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.</li><li>Ensure that the activities of the Clinical Tech are conducted in a manner that is consistent with overall department expectations and are in compliance with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements including working knowledge of all health information management issues such as HIPAA.</li><li>Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake.</li><li>Triage patients by checking vitals, performing blood draws and giving injections, etc.</li><li>Observe patients, charting, reporting changes in patients’ conditions, such as adverse reactions to medication or treatment and taking any necessary action.</li><li>Assist with lab testing and phlebotomy.</li><li>Assist providers in preparing for minor procedures and physicals.</li><li>Prepare and maintain supplies and equipment for treatment.</li><li>Assist patients utilizing a Virtual Medicine Provider.</li><li>Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely matter and forwarding charts as appropriate on a daily basis.</li><li>Arrange referrals to a specialist and obtaining pre-authorizations when directed by the Provider.</li><li>The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in a positive work relationship with customers, co-workers and managers.</li><li>Perform federal and non-federal DOT, BAT and Drug Screen exams.</li><li>The ability to perform the physical, use of senses, cognitive, and environmental functions of the position, as specified on the physical demands.</li><li>Ability to comply with Company standards of operations.</li><li>Ability to adhere to the Core Values of the Company, of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.</li><li>The ability to promote and maintain a respectful culture of employee, employer and business confidentiality.</li><li>Responsible for learning the aspects of compliance in the company by completing all mandatory compliance training.</li><li>Ability to maintain the overall cleanliness of the office as needed to support the team and clinic environment, which may include, but not be limited to, taking out garbage, organization and cleanliness of desk, patient and office space and assistance with other team members to achieve a strong professional appearance for our employees, patients and visitors.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by management. </li></ul>Secondary:<ul><li>Assist with clerical work such as checking in patients, obtaining and recording demographic, insurance and financial information, with strong attention to detail and in a manner that is professional and caring to our patients.</li><li>Verify insurance eligibility and relay relevant information on payment policies and billing/collection processes.</li><li>Work as part of the overall team by answering telephone, taking messages and returning voicemails in a friendly and professional manner</li></ul>Essential Functions Specific to Supporting Telehealth<ul><li>Prepare patient charts by virtual patient communication, generally phone or video conferencing.</li><li>Assist with patient follow ups including but not limited to: pharmacy requests, patient paperwork, scheduling, and clinical calls with patients or other facilities including physical Fast Pace clinics.</li></ul>*** Additional Requirements and Responsibilities Level 1: High School Diploma or its equivalent with a current CPR license* and/or at least 1 year of experience as a certified MA, EMT Paramedic preferred in clinic setting, preferably urgent care  Level 2: Certified MA, EMT or Paramedic with a current CPR license* and either (1) 4 years’ experience in relevant role and 2 year of Fast Pace experience in Clinical Tech role or (2) 6 years’ experience in relevant role.  Level 3: Certified MA, EMT, or Paramedic with a current CPR license* and either (1) 6 years’ experience in relevant role and 2 years of Fast Pace experience in Clinical Tech role or (2) 8 years’ experience in relevant role.  Level 4: Certified MA, EMT, or Paramedic with a current CPR license* and either (1) 6 years’ experience in relevant role and 2 years of Fast Pace experience in Clinical Tech role or (2) 8 years’ experience in relevant role.  Additional Responsibilities: Administration duties, including but not limited to scheduling, ordering, training, and other duties assigned by Clinic and or Regional Director *Receive and active within 7 days of hire.

Experience Requirements and Preferences::
Basic Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or its equivalent AND Experience: At least 1 year of experience as an MA, EMT or Paramedic preferred in clinic setting, preferably urgent care  Current License or Certification:<ul><li>Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant school strongly preferred. License must be active, in good standing, and verifiable with the proper regulatory agency.</li><li>TB and IV Certification required to be obtained within 60 days of employment and maintained during employment if applicable in your state</li></ul>
