As a Field Agent, you will be responsible for field-based tasks to ensure the effective operation of the system's bike & scooter capacities and station performance. The ideal candidate should have an active driver's license, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make in-the-moment decisions to meet and exceed team KPIs. Anticipated end date for this position is September 2025.</p><p>Shift Transit North America's leading operator of urban bicycle share programs.
