Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies that align with brand guidelines</li><li>Creating visually appealing displays that tell a story and enhance the overall guest experience</li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams to synchronize visual presentation with new product launches and seasonal events</li><li>Monitoring inventory levels and coordinate merchandising initiative with relevant stores</li><li>Collaborating with marketing teams to ensure visual merchandising is in line with promotional campaigns</li><li>Conducting regular audits of visual merchandising standards in the stores and ensure compliance</li><li>Training and guiding store employees on best practices for maintaining visual merchandising standards</li><li>Ensuring that all merchandise displays are consistently maintained, replenished, and organized for optimal presentation</li><li>Ensuring signage and window displays are maintained </li><li>Staying updated with industry trends and competitor offerings in order to innovate and improve our visual merchandising efforts</li><li>Maintaining a neat, friendly, and pleasant demeanor </li><li>Maintaining a clean and safe sales area and work environment</li><li>Overseeing store setup; stocking bins, shelves, and displays with merchandise</li><li>Performing computerized inventory functions in APTOS </li><li>Coaching and assisting team members in assigned area; documents all appropriate issues</li><li>Enforcing all Six Flags New England policies</li><li>Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Experience in visual merchandising or related field, preferably in a retail environment</li><li>Strong understanding of color theory, design principles, and typography</li><li>Excellent visual design skills, with proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>Ability to interpret sales data and consumer behavior to inform display strategies</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks</li><li>18 years or older </li><li>Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays</li><li>Able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language</li><li>Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc. </li></ul>
