Oracle HCM Security & Governance (HRIS) Manager Position Overview Grant Thornton is seeking a strategic and technically skilled professional to lead the security framework and data governance of our global Human Capital Management (Oracle HCM) ecosystem within the in-house People & Culture HRIS team. This role is critical to enabling efficient operations and safeguarding sensitive employee data across the Grant Thornton organization. This role will be responsible for ensuring business continuity but will also be highly engaged in project-based initiatives, as needed, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability and initiative.
