Employment dates begin as soon as 4/16/26  and work through end of season on or around 9/20/26.As a part-time, seasonal position, exact schedule and hours are varied based on the needs of the business and may fluctuate from one week to the next.Compensation<ul><li style="font-weight:400">Piece rate (ranging between $34 and $560 per unit; average of $99 per unit)</li><li style="font-weight:400">$18.5 / hour for paid training, required meetings, and non-post reservation cleans.</li><li style="font-weight:400">More benefits and company perks information below.</li></ul>Essential Job Functions<ul><li>Professionally clean and maintain a portfolio of vacation rental properties using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with prescribed company standards.</li><li>Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing all surfaces. </li><li>Move all reasonably portable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind.</li><li>Assist with laundry and linen as needed.</li><li>Create a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring homes are clean and cared for.</li><li>Identify and note any damages or needed repairs to homes. Create maintenance tickets as necessary.</li><li>Collect and remove trash and debris. </li><li>Meet and maintain required Housekeeping metrics.</li><li>Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings.</li><li>Replenish consumable items such as soaps and paper products.</li><li>Maintain hot tubs as needed; no experience necessary - we offer on-site training.</li><li>Other duties as assigned because every day is different in hospitality!</li></ul>Skills + Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.</li><li>Prior housekeeping experience is a bonus but not required - we can train!</li><li>Tech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and applications and comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and various software platforms.</li><li>This role involves frequent travel between worksites, so reliable personal transportation is essential.</li><li>Dependable and prepared. Showing up on time and ready to go is key to creating great stays for our guests and peace of mind for our homeowners.</li><li>Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.</li><li>Comfortable talking to people—online or in person—and being able to share information in a way that's clear, thoughtful, and represents the company in a positive way always.</li></ul>Workplace Environment + Physical Requirements<ul><li>Work may take place indoors or outdoors, in a variety of settings including private homes, resorts, offices, and laundry facilities — often in varying weather conditions.</li><li>We're in hospitality and our schedules can change based on guest and homeowner needs. Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Merchandiser Seasonal: We are in search of a seasonal Merchandiser. Merchandisers are tasked with travelling to assigned accounts to stock, rotate, and face our products. In 1963 a man named Larry Gary, originally from the west side of Chicago, decided that owning a beer distributorship in Grand Rapids Michigan would be more fun than running a bowling alley.  That was the moment that the company called Kent Beverage began.
At the same time a man named Tim Sullivan, originally from the east side of Detroit, was happily running a construction business. However, when Tim noticed his friends, who owned beer distributorships, were having more fun, he had to get one of his own. And he did, when he purchased B&B Beer in the late 1970’s!
Both businesses grew and prospered.  Both businesses were passed from fathers to sons and continued to succeed in their territories until one day, over a pint, these two families decided to form a joint venture whereby the two companies combined would be stronger than the sum of their parts.  They called the company Alliance Beverage and it was born May 13, 2013.
