Duties include assisting the director with overall management, daily record keeping, maintaining a clean work environment, good relations with the public and other staff members, the safety and welfare of campers, maintaining camp morale and a motivated atmosphere, as well as other duties assigned by the director/coordinator. Recreation Programming: Implements and evaluates outdoor recreation experiences daily to include archery, canoeing, rock climbing, whitewater rafting, environmental education activities, hiking, swimming, and nature exploration.
