This position performs administrative and office support activities, these may include collecting demographic information, insurance verification, collecting balances, assisting the billing team, bank deposits, sort and distribute mail, daily filing, archiving old files, processing itemized statement requests, documenting accounts, and financial interviews as needed. Horizon's clinical sites are NHSC/HRSA approved for clinical student loan repayment, and qualify for both the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) and the Behavioral Health State Loan Repayment (BHLRP) programs.
