Responsibilities include identification of problems in the container environment, root-cause diagnosis (pod/node failures, resource constraints, CNI/overlay networking issues, persistent volume problems, control-plane issues), and development of corrective action plans. Create and maintain as-is documentation, including high-level architecture diagrams of the containerized environment (clusters, namespaces, workloads, services, ingress, storage classes, networking, and integration points) and associated system requirements.
