The Oracle HCM Fast Formula Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Fast Formulas within Oracle Cloud HCM to support complex business rules across modules such as Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Benefits, and Compensation. Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects, project management, intensive data-analysis and the identification for the "so-what's" therein, and to creating compelling client-ready presentations.
