Provide business advice and guidance to and coordinate with other functions including program management, finance, legal, subcontracts, business development, engineering, human resources, accounting, and compliance to effectively manage a breadth of responsibilities, including contract solicitations / capture, negotiations, and contract terms, including fulfillment of related obligations. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or 10 years relevant professional experience in contracts, business management, program management, finance, supply chain, legal, or a related field in the absence of a Bachelors Degree.
