This role supports complex systems that may include scale terminals, printers, software, computers, networks, PLCs, checkweighers, dimensioning equipment, and weigh-in-motion systems. The technician works directly with customers, sales teams, contractors, and other technicians to resolve issues, complete projects, and ensure equipment operates safely and reliably.
