This is Hybrid role (4 days in office /1 days remote)What will be your responsibilities within IBKR: Develop tools, scripts, and REST API integrations that let operations teams query production systems and automate routine workAggregate and analyze metrics and logs across sources using the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and set up actionable alerts where necessaryMaintain and optimize Prometheus, Alertmanager, and monitoring tools including alert rules, routing, and integrationsCoordinate with development and application teams to onboard new systems, metrics, and logs, and provide documentation and guidance on monitoring best practicesContribute to incident response and post-incident reviews, driving reliability improvements to reduce recurring issues. What required skill's you need: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience2+ years in SRE, DevOps, or technical operations roles supporting high-availability production environmentsProficiency in Python (scripting, automation) and in PromQL and KQLREST API development/integration experience and a track record of building secure, modern operational toolsHands-on experience with Linux and the ELK stackExperience with Prometheus/Alertmanager or comparable monitoring/logging tools.
