Basic Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills at various levels of the organization • Understands lean manufacturing concepts and flow • Solid analytical and organizational skills • Strong financial and budgeting skills • Ability to lead and manage conflicts in fast paced environment • Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765.
