Weekend availability is required! </li><li>Competitive hourly wage of $16.22 / Hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)</li><li>A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options</li><li>Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld</li><li>Uniform provided at no cost</li></ul>Responsibilities of a Truck Gate Security Guard <ul><li>Control and monitor access at the truck gate</li><li>Verify driver identification, credentials, and delivery paperwork</li><li>Log all inbound and outbound truck activity accurately</li><li>Inspect vehicles, trailers, and seals for security compliance</li><li>Enforce site rules, procedures, and traffic flow requirements</li><li>Communicate with drivers, site personnel, and supervision</li><li>Monitor gate security systems and report incidents or irregularities</li><li>Maintain a safe, secure, and professional gate environment</li></ul>Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard<ul><li>Be authorized to work in the U.S.</li><li>Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED</li><li>2-3 years of security experience preferred. </li><li>Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills</li><li>Proficient in basic phone & computer skills</li><li>If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!</li><li>You have a state license if required</li></ul>In the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to be Certified by Great Place to Work.
