At least seven years of progressive electrical engineering or closely related owner-side technical experience supporting major commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or similarly complex projects across capital delivery, design, construction engineering, commissioning, or facility operations. · Experience with existing-facility evaluation, root-cause analysis, substations, high- and low-voltage distribution, transformers, switchgear, emergency and standby power, grounding, lighting, controls, life-safety and security systems, power quality, reliability, facility modifications, and repair or replacement strategies.
