Process laundry throughout the shift ensuring that it is all washed, dried, folded and put in its proper location before the start of each day; Responsible for stocking and monitoring inventory of household supplies and consumable goods; keeps a current list of needs for Operations Manager; Pay close attention to details with capability to oversee House operations and multiple areas simultaneously in a fast paced environment; Data entry into appropriate database. Greets the public, accepts donations and thanks donors, gives House tours and answers questions related to all aspects of House operations; Assist Community Engagement Coordinator with management of volunteers, ensuring their understanding and following of House polices and rules, safety requirements, confidentiality expectations, code of conduct, and family-centered service practices; Support Meals of Love, Baking with Love, service-day activities, and other volunteer programs as assigned.
