An object retrieval which includes swimming approximately 20 yards; performing a surface dive to locate and recover an object at a depth of up 7-10 feet; returning to the surface and swimming 20 yards on the back to return to the starting point with both hands holding the object and keeping the face at or near the surface; and exiting the water without using a ladder or steps.
