General maintenance may include but is not limited to repair of fixtures or outlets, adjusting of sensors and lighting, unclogging drains, repairing or replacing faucets or other minor plumbing components, repairing or replacing locks, replacing ceiling tiles, replacing filters, sheetrock repair, touch-up painting, install shelving and doors, simple carpentry or masonry repairs, assembly as needed, maintenance troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and similar tasks. The ideal candidate is positive, friendly and enthusiastic; thrives in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines, is well organized, and works well both individually as well as with other team members and tenants.
