We actively strive to channel our highly engaged employee’s knowledge, critical thinking, innovative solutions for our clients.<h4>Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Conducting rounds of the property </li><li>Traffic control </li><li>Monitoring surveillance cameras </li><li>Assisting in-house staff as needed</li><li>Guards will work both day shift (7am-7pm) and night shift (7pm-7am). Shifts are approximately 12 hours long, with shift rotation of days and nights every 3 months.</li><li>Staff must be in uniform and recognizable as guards. </li></ul><h4>Qualifications</h4><ul><li>Must be physically capable of performing security duties, which include doing rounds of the hospital campus over uneven terrain at all hours and in all weather conditions. </li><li>CLEET training or law enforcement experience preferred. </li><li>Must be able to pass a criminal background check. </li><li>Must be able to take direction and be on time for shift changes. </li></ul>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:<ul><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li><li>Adept with de-escalation skills </li><li>Professional demeanor</li><li>Ability to remain calm in high pressure situations</li></ul>

Responsibilities:<ul><li>Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required. </li><li>Takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient. </li><li>Greets residents and visitors. Answers inquiries and gives directions. </li><li>Collates brochures for the marketing department. </li><li>Prepares meal tickets for team members and family members, tallies meal count sheets for the Dining staff. </li><li>Updates the Resident Phone List and Roster and Move-In and Move-Out Register daily; Guest and Sign-In Logs as necessary. </li><li>Manages appointments for residents and family members such as but not limited to hairdresser, transportation, etc. </li><li>Maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized. </li><li>Organizes, distributes mail to residents, Executive Director and Department Coordinators. </li><li>Maintains resident forms for miscellaneous credits. </li><li>Maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. </li><li>One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. </li></ul>If having a direct impact on the lives of others is appealing to you, apply today and join our team!EOE D/V
