Working collaboratively with college leadership, academic and administrative departments, Application Services, Cybersecurity, Technology Operations, and external partners, the Director translates institutional needs into sustainable technology solutions that improve business processes, enhance student and employee experiences, and advance digital transformation. The Director of IT Solution Services provides strategic and operational leadership for the design, development, implementation, integration, and ongoing improvement of enterprise technology solutions supporting the Colleges academic, administrative, student, and workforce functions.
