Position Summary: The Concession Manager will assist the Director of Concessions with the overall management of all OVG-managed athletic and live event venue concession operations, including inventory controls, product ordering, cash controls, compliance with alcohol service policies, cleaning, safety, guest service, equipment inspection, employee training and supervision, warehouse stocking and oversight, troubleshooting, closing duties, event planning support, food preparation, production, stand stocking, post-event reconciliation and reporting, and any other tasks assigned by the Director of Concessions.
