As the Unit Manager - Security (Security Operations) at BPMI, you will manage physical and personnel security across BPMI facilities, including facility security planning, guard force oversight, access control, clearance and badging, visitor management, investigations, self-assessments and audits, and liaison with NRLFO/NR Security and federal partners. Establish, promote, and maintain effective relationships and communications with Security Department Shared Service, Customer, Senior Management, Prime Contractor, and shipyard personnel to achieve department and company goals and Program objectives.
