Working closely with Commercial, CASA, Data and Insights, Orchestration, CRM, Engineering, and UX, the architect will define the technical blueprint for the core agentic field experience, including how it integrates with Veeva Vault CRM and connects to adjacent capabilities such as coaching, role play, and performance tracking that are owned by partner teams. Position Summary: The Associate Director, Rewire Field Experience & Agentic AI Architect owns the architecture for the core Rewire Field agentic experience - the connected pre-call, interaction, and post-call journey that brings together CRM, field intelligence, orchestration outputs, and AI agents into one coherent flow of work for field users.
