As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building exteriors, common areas, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, or unauthorized access.
