Job Responsibilities + Perform regular and random patrols of assigned areas + Monitor premises and report hazards, suspicious activity, or unusual occurrences + Follow site control procedures when necessary + Document daily operations and complete incident reports + Investigate and report property breaches or disturbances Basic Requirements + Must be at least 21 years of age + Active Guard License through WA DOL or OR DPSST required + Valid driver's license with a clean driving record + Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Professional appearance and demeanor + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Flexible availability, including nights and weekends + Reliable transportation + Active cellphone + Clean criminal background + Ability to pass a drug screening + Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine foot patrols Physical & Mental Job Requirements + Ability to communicate clearly and effectively , especially during emergencies + Ability to read and interpret written information in a variety of situations + Ability to drive a motor vehicle during the course of duties if required + Ability to detect and identify emergency sounds , including alarms and distress signals in noisy environments + Ability to walk, stand, run, climb, and sit for extended periods + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
